Add your organization’s own support email

In the footer of Loops, there is an opportunity to get in touch for support. If someone clicks there, an email will appear with an address for Loops support. Many users want it that way, but there may also be reasons to direct that email to an address in your organization. As an administrator, you can do this by clicking your organization’s name at the top of the navigation bar, selecting Organization Settings and adding an email address on the line that says email.

The email address you entered will then be in the email that comes up, when clicking the link in the footer. If you do not write an email address in your organization’s settings, the email from the footer will go to the support department at Loops.
