When you click the name of a specific person you will see how far s\/he has progressed in the loop and which tasks are completed. As a leader you can choose to approve a task, give feedback or both if that is what you wish. When you provide feedback your participant will receive a pink notification that will show her\/him that you have written something. If you approve the task, your participant will see a green check symbol on the node you have approved in her\/his loop. When you provide your feedback you can use the media you like best: text, sound or film.
