Leaders who want to collaborate but work in different organizations can easily do that in Loops. Even if they work in different organizations, the system allows them to invite each other as collaborators when they build loops. They can also work in projects with their respective participants in the same loop. One of the leaders then starts the loop and invites her/his colleague in the other organization via email and her/his own participants. The colleague accepts the invitation to the started loop, where s/he is now also a leader, and then invites her/his participants.
