Go to edit mode of the loop and unfold the node where you want your picture. Put the marker where you want the image to end up. Click the plus sign to make it a cross. There you will see an arrow pointing up. Click the arrow and choose a picture from your computer. Edit the size of the picture by clicking on it and pulling the edge. Choose if you want to place the picture to the right, to the left or in the middle. Write text next to it if you want.
