The closest way of describing a learning loop is to call it an interactive mind map that contains working material for a specific work area. The loops consist of three different parts that we call hub, node and learning path. There are 10 different kinds of nodes, with different functions, where participants learn and communicate. The hubs are the big circles and it is around them that the nodes are gathered in a structured way, to make the different parts of content in the work area visible. The hubs are linked by learning paths. They guide you on your journey through the loop. The hub texts that tell you what will happen at every hub are also a helpful guide. The map that is created often tells you something about the work area and its content.
